Terms of Service

Innato is a web application that calculates numbers from a date of birth using the methods of Pythagorean numerology (it builds the Pythagorean square — a psychomatrix of nine cells and eight lines — and finds digit combinations) and shows pre-written interpretations of those numbers. Every calculation is shown step by step. Readings of other people describe tendencies and must not be used for hiring, firing or any other treatment of a person. The intimacy section is for adults only. The subscription is for personal use: up to 30 different people per 30 days.

The service is automated. There are no live readings, no personal advisors and no one-to-one consultations.

Innato is provided for entertainment and self-reflection. Numerology and astrology are not sciences, and our reports are not statements of fact about you or your future.

• We do not predict specific events and make no promises about outcomes.
• Nothing in Innato is medical, psychological, legal, financial, career or relationship advice. Do not use it to make important decisions, and consult a qualified professional where you need advice.
• Descriptions of personality, compatibility or tendencies are general reflections, not assessments. They must not be used to judge, hire, reject or discriminate against anyone.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Innato and to buy anything from it. By using the service you confirm that you are.

If you enter someone else's date of birth (for example, a partner or family member), you confirm that you have a legitimate reason to do so and that you will treat the result respectfully. Do not use the service to profile people without their knowledge.

You can use the free profile without an account. To buy reports or keep them, you need an account. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Prices are shown in US dollars on the pricing page before you pay. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.

Payments are handled by our payment provider, which may act as the merchant of record for your purchase. In that case the provider's name will appear on your card statement and receipt, and its checkout terms also apply to the payment itself.

• One-time purchases (a single report or the complete profile) unlock the purchased content in your account. They are not recurring.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month at the price shown when you subscribed until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Credits or a prepaid balance, if offered, can only be spent on Life Code reports. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

Paid reports are digital content delivered immediately. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

You agree not to:

• copy, resell or republish reports or interpretation texts in bulk;
• scrape the service or access it by automated means beyond normal use;
• try to bypass payment, access controls or security measures;
• use the service to harass, discriminate against or profile other people.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

The Innato name, design, software and interpretation texts belong to the operator of Innato. Reports you buy are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may share your own report with people you choose.

We work to keep Innato accurate and available, but the service is provided "as is". Calculations follow the published methods, and interpretations are general texts that may not fit every person.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on the service, or for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection law that cannot be excluded.

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the current version. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you before it applies, for example by email or a notice in your account. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, without depriving you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws in the country where you live. For any question, contact us through the support details shown on your receipt.
